Simone...
A few years ago, I was at a friends house. My friend Simone and I were sitting in her room when her mother came in yelling very loud. She accused Simone of stealing her money from her purse. Simone's mother kept screaming and called her a lot of inappropriate names. I was very shocked and afraid, I was embarrassed for Simone. Simone's mother suddenly smacked Simone in her head and said "Oh, so you wanna ignore me?" Her mom left the room and came back with an extension cord.(The cord you used to plug you cable up to) and started hitting Simone with it! Right in front of me! I could not watch no more so I left the room to call my mother so she could come and get me. Simone's mom finally stopped and went into her own room. I was really nervous about going back in Simone's room but I did. She was laying on the floor crying, I ran to her and started holding her in my arms. Ten minutes later, her mother came into Simone's room and said "I found my money" and left out the room. She did not even apologize to Simone. I eventually went home but later found out that Simone ran away and no one knows where she is to this day...

One thing I did over the weekend that was unusual was lay in bed and read all day. It was something I never do on the weekend. I usually party and be cool. From Friday to sunday , did not get out of bed once except use the bathroom of course. My mom had to bring in my food for me because I was to royal to walk without being carried. People have to do everything for me because I am royalty. I get whatever I want. Every time my sister jasmine wants to come in my room she has to knock and say "can I come in your Majesty." Reading is cool dude

one thing
One thing I would fight for is my family. I would fight for them because they mean the whole world to me and I know they would fight for me too. They are all special in their own way. especially my nephew Carmello, some people might say I doing favoritism over him but I am not. Mello just been with me and he lives with me so of course I am close to him. I would die for that lithe boy. Even thought he is my nephew i love and care for him like he is my child. If anybody try to step to any of my family embers I would turn up!

habit
A habit that i do not like about myself is reading really late on a school night. Once I start reading at home I do not like to stop reading until I finish the book even though I get really tired. Sometimes I do not stop reading until 3 in the morning. When i wake up i am so tired the I got back to sleep almost missing the bus. One time I was reading this book and I was half way done but it was 3:50 in the morning but I just could not stop. It was so interesting I did not go back to sleep instead I just went to school with out sleeping. I know I have to fix how my hours of reading are but reading is so fun, and people say reading is good for you. NOT!

If money was no object.
What I would do if money was no object is get my doctorates degree in medicine then start giving back. I would go to third world countries and start to help build hospitals for the sick. Buy them medicine, hospital beds, even food and water. Every two months I would visit each of the hospitals I build and help out. I would influence society by having people see how good it is to give back to people in need. Some people do not realize that a lot of humans are dying of diseases they can not cure because they do not have medicine. The disease could be so simple too. Giving the poor countries hospitals would help them live longer so they could see their kids grow up instead of dying at an early age. Hopefully when the people see what I do, they could start on their own plan to help the people in need.

My favorite hobby or activity
My favorite hobby or activity I like to do is reading. At the beginning of September, I signed up for a library card and I started reading books ever since. I read them every single day. There's not one day that I do not read. Out of the whole month I have read 27 books. I have kind of a specific genre of books, which are African American books. They are really interesting, they talk about gangs, violence, and murder. Although, I love my "hood" books, I am also a sucker for romance. Mostly, all the books I have read in the past month have been romance novels. People may have been wondering how long it takes me to read a book. Well, all my books are chapter books so it is like 10 pages per chapter, so it usually takes me a day to finish a book. Two days at the most. There are a lot of books I want to read, so I hope to continue reading for a long time.

One thing I would change in my life..
The one thing that previously happened in my life that I could change is letting my sister cut my hair. She was only supposed to cut my bangs so I can wear them as Chinese bangs but instead she starts cutting big pieces. I'm like "what are you doing?!" She says "I'm cutting your split ends." I snatched my head away and as I snatch away the scissors cut a big chunk of my hair. I ran to the bathroom and my hair was all gone. I started crying and kissing the hair she cut off. It was long pieces on the floor. After that night it never grew that long again and I started wearing weave ever since. It effected jasmine because she got in trouble for cutting my hair. It effected my mom and dad because they had to pay the shop to try and fix it. If she would of never cut my hair, I would of never have to wear weave as much as I do now.

The thing I value most..
One thing that I value most is my bracelet on my right wrist I wear everyday. I never take the bracelet off. I shower, sleep, eat, swim, and etc. with it on. I got this bracelet from my grandparents on my moms side of the family. They are very much alive if anyone was wondering. My grandparents brought it for me on Christmas in 2005. Yes, that was along time ago. I was 7 years old when I got it. After I opened all my presents my grandpa to me to go into the hall with him. He explained that the bracelet was especially picked out from him and it meant alot to him. So I promised him that ill never take it off. Here I am with it still on. It had a heart on it to but somehow it fell off and I never seen it since 2008. Well that's the thing I value most and I plan on having it for a very long time.

My interesting summer
One interesting thing that happened this summer was going to Chicago. It's was a really fun trip. I stayed with my sister Tia and her boyfriend. She drove down to lorain to pick me up. It usually takes six hours to drive by car, for me it took forever. When we finally got to Chicago it was amazing. We went through the city and I saw lots of big buildings and different people.
My sister and I went to the beach one day for a picnic. We stayed till it was dark and at night it is beautiful! The whole city lights up from a distance. My sister and her boyfriend are in the motorcycle club and they own 5 motorcycles. I rode on the back of one, then my sister let me practice driving one. It was scary and exciting at the same time.
I remember one time my sister, me , and her boyfriend were in the car and stopped at a light. This man comes up and spit on the car windshield and starts wiping it with newspaper. It was so nasty! I dogged him and he got mad and threw the rest of the newspaper at the car. Even though I was mad, I could not help but laugh at him.
Before we went back to lorain we went to 6 flags in indiana. Even though it wasn't cedar point I have a great time. My vacation was wonderful. It was warm all the time. I did so much in such a short amount of time. Now that I loved being in Chicago I go every summer. I might even go next year.

My lovely name.
As most people would know my name is Ashley. A-S-H-L-E-Y. How I got my name, as a young girl my mom always love the names Ashley and Jasmine. She would name her baby dolls Ashley or Jasmine and would talk about the names to everyone who ask her about her baby dolls. That was the names me and my sister got.
The meaning of my name is ashtree meadows. So that makes me think of lightness, warmth, open, peaceful. My name is like an open meadow. How I feel about my name is when I was in 6th grade, I didn't really like my name because everyone would say I have the most common name. A boy once told me my name is as common as the shoe on his foot. I never liked when people called me "Ash" like that is an ugly nickname. I never had a girl in my class that had the same name as me. That's kind of a shock for me because I know alot of Ashleys. So I always wanted to change my name, but somehow I like my name now. It fits me, it's a cheery name like me.
I have grown to love my name the way it is. My mother gave it to me because it means alot to her. So I am proud to have the name "Ashley".

Ashley's rule
My number one rule is to not finish anyone's sentences. I absolutely hate when people finish my sentence. It is like I am talking and when I am about to end, someone jumps in and finish it for me. Sometimes they do not even be correct, then they be salty when I tell them I was not going to say that. This one time I was talking to my friend LeAnte and I was telling her where I got my shoes from and this random girl walks up and says "From journeys" I am like "No finish line now back up out of my convo." She was quiet and walked away. Then this other time I was talking to my mom and my sister jumps into our conversation and finish my joke. I was so really really really really angry, so I dogged her and beat her up. THE END
